1. Booking and Confirmation

1.1 Proposal and Agreement:
Upon expressing interest, clients will receive a tailored itinerary and cost breakdown. Confirmation of booking requires full payment of the agreed amount, which signifies the acceptance of the proposed itinerary, including all accommodations, tours, and flights.

1.2 Payment Terms:
Full payment is required to confirm all reservations. This ensures that all services, including flights, accommodation, and excursions, are secured and booked.
Payments can be made via bank transfer or debit and credit card.Upon receipt of this payment, bookings for the requested activities will be processed.

1.3 Contract Formation:
A contract is formed once we receive the full payment. The terms of the contract are as outlined in the detailed itinerary provided and these booking conditions.

2. Payment Policy

2.1 Payment Requirement:
For a single booking with a value up to €2,900 (or the equivalent in USD or GBP), the full amount must be paid in advance and Signature will process the booking on the client's behalf.

2.2 Booking confirmation:
Upon successful payment and booking, the client will receive a confirmation email from Signature. This email serves as proof of reservation and includes details such as the client's information, dates, and the booked activity.

2.3 Deposits for Higher Value Activities: For bookings exceeding €2,900, a deposit of 30% of the total amount (up to €24,000) is required. The total amount must be paid directly by the client through a booking link provided by Signature which is associated with the agent's ID. It is crucial that the client uses this specific link to complete the booking and payment.

3. Booking Confirmation and Deposit Refunds

3.1 Deposit Refund:
Once the client has completed the booking and payment process and are confirmed by our partners, the initial deposit will be refunded. The refund process will begin immediately and may take between 3 to 10 working days to complete, depending on the payment method used.

3.2 Payment Completion:
It is essential that clients complete the final payment using the provided booking link. This link ensures that the payment is properly allocated to the client's booking. Failure to use the correct link may result in complications or delays in booking confirmation and deposit refund.
Signature will always be available for further assistance.

3.3 Time-sensitive Payment Process:
Due to the time-sensitive nature of the booking and payment links, clients must complete their payments promptly. Failure to complete the payment within this timeframe may result in the inability to secure the desired activities or services.

4. Cancellation and Changes

4.1 Cancellation by the Client:
Should you wish to cancel your booking, you must inform Signature in writing as soon as possible.

4.2 Changes by the Client:
Any changes to the itinerary post-booking may incur additional charges, depending on the nature of the changes and the policies of our partners. We will provide a detailed breakdown of any additional costs before making the changes.

4.3 Cancellation by Service Provider:
In the unlikely event that our partner must cancel your booking, the client will receive either a full refund or an alternative arrangement of equal value. However, Signature is not liable for any indirect losses or additional costs incurred by the client. Separate terms and conditions from the service provider may apply.

5. Responsibilities and Liability

5.1 Travel Insurance:
It is strongly recommended for all clients to have adequate travel insurance covering personal accidents, medical expenses, and cancellation.

5.2 Liability:
Signature acts as an agent for third-party service providers and cannot be held liable for any defaults or acts of negligence by these third parties.

5.3 Force Majeure:
Signature cannot be held responsible for any disruptions caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, political instability, or pandemics. In such cases, we will endeavor to minimize inconvenience but cannot guarantee full compensation.

5.4 Visas and travel documents:
At Signature , we aim to provide you with general information about passport, visa, and health requirements for the destinations included in your itinerary.
This information includes approximate timeframes for obtaining visas. Please note that many countries now require passports to be valid for at least six months beyond your return date.

5.5 Responsibility for Health ComplianceIt:
Is your responsibility to ensure that you and your travel companions have all necessary travel documents, including visas, prior to departure. You must also ensure compliance with all health requirements for your destination.Signature cannot be held liable if you or any member of your party is denied entry onto any transportation or into any country due to incorrect or incomplete documentation or failure to meet health formalities.

5.6 Special Needs and Health Conditions:
If you or anyone in your party has a disability, reduced mobility, or any medical condition, it is crucial that you inform us before booking. This allows us to ensure that the travel experience is suitable for your needs and to make any necessary arrangements for your safety and comfort. All health and mobility information provided will be used solely for advising you regarding your booking and will be shared with relevant service providers in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

6. Miscellaneous

6.1 Data Protection:

6.2 Governing Law:
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Signature is legally registered, and any disputes will be resolved under these laws.
